Event Overview

    This year’s fifth anniversary of ONE NIGHT, presented by CNL Financial Group, Inc., was a great success! On May 16, 2010, The Mall at Millenia hosted more than 700 guests to help raise awareness and support for Central Florida’s only Level One Trauma Center at Orlando Regional Medical Center.  
    The featured story was told through the perspective of a father, Mike Stuart. Mike and his wife, Karen, received a call from their son while they were out of town, informing them their daughter had been in a serious car accident. As the Stuarts’ rushed to board a plane home, they briefly spoke with the doctor and were faced with a dark possibility that their daughter, Lindsay, could not only lose the use of her legs but possibly her life. As the story unraveled, Lindsay walked on stage to join her parents and thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at the trauma center who saved her life.            
    Guests enjoyed a reception and participated in a silent auction to benefit and help shine light on the importance of the Level One Trauma Center in Central Florida.
